Usage and Biology

We connected the SboA promoter to different pigment genes (chromoproteins AmilCP(BBa_K592009) & AmilGFP(BBa_K592010), and lycopene (BBa_K274100). You can find a detailed characterization of the expression of SboA in the page of the SboA-AGFP device (BBa_K818600, or check out the data sheet).
